C2G provides a sourcing and logistics service that enables customers to purchase products from Chinese marketplaces and have them shipped to Ghana.

We act as an intermediary between customers and suppliers.

By using C2G, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Review product details before ordering
• Ensure correct pricing when submitting link orders
• Comply with all applicable laws

• All orders must be fully paid before processing
• Prices may vary depending on supplier specifications (size, color, etc.)
• Customers must confirm final item price before placing link orders
• Additional charges may apply if incorrect pricing is submitted

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
• Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or logistics issues
• C2G is not responsible for delays beyond our control

• Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
• Shipping fees and service charges may not be refundable

• C2G does not manufacture products
• Product quality depends on the supplier
• Optional inspection services may be provided

Customers must not order:

• Illegal or restricted items
• Dangerous goods
• Counterfeit or prohibited products

C2G is not liable for:

• Supplier defects
• Shipping delays beyond control
• Customs-related issues

A link order is one where you found the supplier yourself and gave us the product link. On these orders we act only as your buyer and shipper. You chose that supplier; we did not select, vet, or negotiate with them, and we have no relationship with them beyond paying for the goods you asked us to buy.

What happens on a link order:

• You pay C2G for the link order
• We pay your supplier on your behalf
• Your supplier ships the goods to our China warehouse
• We ship what they send to Ghana

We do not open or check the goods unless you ask us to. Inspection is a separate paid service. If you want what your supplier sent examined, counted, or photographed, you must request an inspection and pay the inspection fee before the goods leave our China warehouse. Without that request, we forward the parcel as received.

Where you sourced the supplier and did not pay for an inspection, C2G cannot be held responsible for:

• The supplier sending an item different from the one you linked
• The supplier sending a counterfeit, fake, or imitation product
• The supplier sending an empty box, or packaging containing no goods
• The supplier sending fewer items than we purchased on your behalf
• Any difference between what the listing described and what arrived
• The quality, condition, or authenticity of anything your supplier shipped

On a link order, the one thing C2G is accountable for is paying your supplier. If we accept your payment and do not pay the supplier for your goods, that is our responsibility and we will make it right. Everything that happens between your supplier and the parcel they hand to us is between you and the supplier you chose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate policies
• Engage in fraud
• Misuse the platform

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updates.
