★关于零售与补发

1.不满300元的订单，视为零售，可以发货，一经售出不退不换，如是运输问题，可协商解决，请当着运输公司人员面清点、确认无误后再签收。【若他人签收或者签收不验收，默认签收产品无任何问题，后期不要以破损，瑕疵，少货，发错货等为借口申请退换。】
2.因质量问题造成功能短缺，如需补配件不单独安排，需下次补货一起补上或自行承担运费发出。

 

 

★关于发货

1.客户下单付款后，一般2天内安排发出，每天17:00后下单或付款的订单均视为第二天次日发货
2.本如有特殊原因未能及时发货均会及时联系买家处理，还请大家多多包涵，万分感谢。

3.如已点发货，请不要申请退款，包裹数量较多无法找出退件，只能送去快递中转站设置拦截退回，产生运费由买家承担。

 

 

★关于物流

1.快递：默认发圆通、韵达、德邦快递，韵达快运，如需指定其中任意一家快递的请与客服联系，未经沟通的一律按默认快递发货。
2.物流：货运运费一般是到付，货品需到货运站点自提。物流公司可由客户提供，也可以由我们为您选择较合适的。（注：货品运费我们这边只能帮买家估算，实际运费以提货时金额为主,发货时间我们可以控制但货运站的到货时间我们是没办法说准的，请您理解，谢谢！）

 

 

★关于收货

1.有缺货情况请在签收后24小时内给我们留言，我们会尽快帮您核实清楚情况。
2.如遇货物包装有破损，货物缺失或损坏请拍照留证，拒收快件，并联系我们处理。【签收后为无异议签收产品】

 

 

 

★关于退换货
1.产品本身的质量问题导致产品本身应有的功能缺失，我们将予以退换货处理，但由此产生的双运费由买家承担（多数问题都可以通过更换气筒、弹夹、拉栓...等简单的方式来解决，卖玩具要会修玩具哦）。
2.其他如销量不好、没有想象中好等非产品本身质量问题的原因，我们将不提供退换货哦。
3.如果确实要退回，在产品跟包装完好的情况下按照时间长短折扣退货，并由买家承担所有运费，7天内8折，7天以上全部7折退货。【超15】

 

 

★关于售后
请在收到货后10天内（以签收时间为准）将产品问题反馈给我们售后，如超过其期限无反馈任何售后问题的，概不受理。质量问题的产品请可以累积，用普通物流退回，退回的运费均由买家承担。质量问题请先联系我们客服进行登记处理，如累计产品没有经过登记则无法退换货。

 

 

★关于尺寸与色差包装划痕掉漆

1.所有产品尺寸为组装后尺寸，手工测量（1-3cm误差为正常），所有图片都是实拍上传，由于光线，显示器，个人感光不同等原因，会存在一定色差，以上不作为借口要求退换货，请多包涵；

2.如收到个别有瑕疵稍有划痕，彩盒电商盒稍有变形褶皱等。由于运输问题实难避免，所以以上原因不等于质量问题，完美主义者请不要下单。谢谢理解配合；

1.产品已按有优势的出厂价报出了，一般以阿里网页上标价为主，所有报价均为澄海交货价，不含运费及其它一切费用，所有货款以人民币结算(单位：元)。
