订货流程

特别强调：我们不接受退货和退款（但因出厂质量问题产品可协商换货，但所产生运输费用需要由买家负责，我们报价都是不含任何费用的澄海出厂价，虽然我司均有质量检验员对产品进行产前、产中、产后等严格检查，确保产品质量100%没有问题才会出货，但因各种不确定因素，我司只可保证到货后97%-98% 的产品质量无问题，2%-3%属免责范围。）
一、关于起订量
所有玩具均按网站备注的起订量！一般产品均可一箱起订，个别产品需要五箱甚至十箱的才能订货的，在洽谈中我们也会告知！我司不支持混批及零售，每个款式都是按箱起订！
二、关于样品费
档口或外贸公司如果一定需要样品确认的，样品费一率双倍收取。低于50元样品费按50元收取，下单可视订单情况退回样品费，具体和我们协商。快递费到付。）
三、产品报价
我司网站直接报出厂价（即工厂交货价、不开票、不含运费、不含任何费用），外地客户我们将代发货，可由客户指定物流/货运/快递等，运费到付。
四、收款方式
付款方式：款到发货（1、银行汇款；2、使用支付宝付款只限“即时到帐”）如果订单需要一定时间生产的，先付30%定金，余款发货前一天付清。
五、发货时间
收到客人的货款或定金后，我司就会准备货品，一般需要1-3天左右的时间。因订单需要备货（部分需要生产），所以请客人务必根据实际情况尽量提前订货，以免急需时我司安排不出来，影响客人的业务开展。货品准备齐之后，就会按客人同我司客服人员确认的运输方式去发货，如存在部分产品需延迟交货的情况，我司业务员也会另行通知客人，客人可选择更换或取消缺货的产品。
六、收货标准
1、买家在收到货物后请当着物流公司人员的面仔细查看一下货物，如发现外箱严重变形，破损，封箱包装带断裂缺损，封箱胶带不完整，有明显被拆封开启的痕迹，请当面拆封清点核对，发现误差须当面和物流公司协商解决赔偿，如果不能解决请先不要提走货物，在货运站那里联络我们进行协商；否则签收后视为无异议接受商品。
2、我们的玩具物美价廉，物超所值哦，有的买家在收到货物后觉得做工有些毛糙，有瑕疵，不是好材料，和想象的不一样等等问题，但是这些均不属于质量问题，不管什么东东都没有十全十美，太挑剔的买家请绕道，所有尺寸都是手工测量，1- 2CM误差为正常。
