订购须知

 为保证买卖双方责任和义务，特制订本规定，请理解谢谢！我们原则上不接受退货（产品因出厂质量问题的可协商更换，但所产生运输费用需要由买家负责，我们报价都是不含任何费用的出厂价。我们产品的出货均有质量检验员对产品进行严格检查，确保产品质量100%没有问题，但因各种不确定因素，我厂只能保证到货后 97%-98% 的产品质量无问题，2%-3%属免责范围。）

        以下条件不能享受退换：退回的产品包装损毁或不完整、产品配件或相关资料不全、未经授权擅自修理或改装、未按正常方法使用或贮存 、超出售后服务期限的商品。

一、发货时间：
款到当天或次日发货，如 因订单太多我们将尽量安排在三天内发货。如有特殊订单量比较大的，要与我们沟通好具体的发货时间，按双方沟通的发货时间为准，有特别需要选择快递的话，要及时与客服沟通。

 

二、运费说明

 

1、物流：货品运费我们这边只能帮买家估算，实际运费以提货时金额为主,发货时间我们可以控制但货运站的到货时间我们是没办法说准的， 请理解！2、快递：我们会计算好快递的运费，在付款前，将快递运费加到订单里面。3、所有的订单我们都不承担来回运费，换货或退货的运费都不承担，下单是请务必仔细阅读。

 

三、收货标准：
1、买家在自提货物时请当着物流货运公司人员的面仔细查看一下货物，如发现外箱严重变形，破损，封箱包装带断裂缺损，封箱胶带不完 整，有明显被拆封开启的痕迹，请当面拆封清点核对，发现误差须当面和物流公司协商解决赔偿，如果不能解决请在货运 站及时联络我们进行协商；否则签收后视为同意接受商品。

四：关于售后：
如产品质量问题和滞销问题，本店给予调换同等金额的其他产品，客户可以与我们的客服协商调货换货，我们收到退货、且包装及配件完好的情况，给予换货寄出，如果需要退货的，我们一律按货品的8折退货，且不承担运输当中的任何费用。

五、免责条款
1.货物都是客户下单生产发货的，产品一般都是塑料材料为主，包装是纸质材料，在运输过程中，特别是一些长途的城市，有可能个别产 品受运输损耗，（如个别受碰撞稍有划痕，如彩盒包装的个别彩盒稍有变形等），对此，我们会采用物流双层包装、加垫缓冲物、紧凑叠放 等方式来避免破损事件的发生，运输是由第三方物流公司完成，非我们所能控制，因运输原因导致的破损责任将不由我们承担。运输时间受天气、车辆安排、交通条件等诸多因素的影响，不作为退货的理由。

2.我们的玩具物美价廉，物超所值哦，有的买家在收到货物后觉得做工有些毛糙，有瑕疵，不是好材料，和想象的不一样等等问题，但是 这些均不属于质量问题，不管什么产品都没有十全十美，我们每款产品都是实拍图上传站内的，太挑剔的买家请见谅，购买的时候请考虑并看清楚，不明之处请咨询。

3.所有尺寸都是手工测量，有1- 2CM误差为正常。
         特别说明：季节性动漫产品不支持退换货，在批发时请咨询好客服。超过一季度的产品按折扣给予调换货，不支持全额退货，本店不支持因转行而进行的任何退货。
