1、关于鲜花：默认发B级，如需其他等级可联系客服，鲜花会存在一定的色差，颜色会有深浅，每批花都会有差异的，不能保证每批花都一样，鲜花是农产品，请理解。

2、关于售后：鲜花属于生鲜产品，在运输途中容易有损耗，到货坏的在15%以内属于正常损耗，需自己承担，超过15%的损耗我们会根据情况给予补偿，到货有问题请第一时间拍照联系客服，超过24小时不予售后，鲜花具有时效性，请理解。后期养花出现的问题我们不承担，影响鲜花的因素太多。

[特别说明]：根据鲜花产品的特殊性，付款前请确定订单，鲜花在付款后会陆续备货，备货后如需调整买家需付花材50%的折损费，发货后不能退货，不能换货，地址填写错误导致的损失需买家自己承担。

关于运输：鲜花都不包邮，小件默认中通冷链，大件如需发物流需联系客服，根据每个城市不同运费不同的，偏远城市需要中转的中转费需要自行承担，这个费用我们也确定不了。（运费包含：运输费+纸箱+打包费+其他包装资材）
