1. 本厂已按最有优势的出厂价报出了，没有多少利润，不接受议价，请您谅解！一般以阿里网页上标价为主，所有报价均为出厂价，不含运费及其它一切费用，所有货款以人民币结算(单位：元)。

二.关于色差
因为拍摄受天气光线等诸多因素的影响，甚至显示器的分辨率的不同，会存在一定的色差,无法避免,不属质量问题。我们的产品均为实物拍摄，尽可能地给您提供全面 的图片展示。
三.运费问题
如果购买的量小可以发快递，如果量大可以发物流，快递或者物流的费用由买家承担，卖家不承担任何的费用。（注：货品运费 我们这边只能帮买家估算，实际运费以提货时金额为主,发货时间我们可以控制但货运站的到货时间我们是没办法说准的，请您理解！）
四.签收说明
1.发物流的买家在自提货物时请当着物流货运公司人员的面仔细查看一下货物，如发现外箱严重变形，破损，封箱包装带断裂缺损，封箱胶带不完整，有明显被拆封开启的痕迹，请当面拆封清点核对，发现误差须当面和物流公司协商解决赔偿，如果不能解决请先不要提走货物，在货运站那里联络我们进行协商；否则签收后视为无异议接受品。
2、发快递的买家请在签收包裹时，当面核对无误后签名。请尤其是当外包装有受损的情况下一定要检查是否漏件及产品损坏才能签收，如发现：数量不符，货物损坏，请您暂别签收立即原样封好，当着快递员的面联系我们，由我们与快递公司联系并解决问题；如于签收后出现数量不准确的情况,我们有权不受理,请亲留意。
五.关于发货
本工厂主要走外贸出口，玩具产品走货太快经常有产品断货，特别是网络销售旺季玩 具销量加大，所以不排除有些下单后没货的可能性，因此发货期在两到三天是正常的，我们会尽量安排尽早发货。有货的尽量争取当天发货，部分没货的三天内配好货，敬请谅解！缺货问题的解决办法：首先我们会联系收货人，告知缺货原因，征得收货人的同意更换款式或者颜色等。
六.售后服务
1.签收后亲如果发现我们的产品出现质量问题，请您务必在签收到12小时内联系我们客服，并提供照片和视频，过期我们有权不予处理。
我们原则上不接受退货，产品因出厂质量问题的可协商换货，(多数问题都可以通过更换电池、调整电池安放位置、线头连接...等简单的方式来解决，卖玩具要会修玩具哦）但所产生运输费用需要由买家负责，换货产品务必确保不影响二次销售，收到退回产品后我们会在客户下次进货时将换货一起发出，无法接受下次发货时一起发的情况，运费由客户自理!寄回前必须告知本厂旺旺客服！！！
2.由于玩具产品的特殊性，和家电产品不能相提并论，因此我司所有售出的玩具产品均不实行三包政策，如属使用后产生的问题，我司不承担任何责任，如在我司能力范围内，会帮助解决这些问题，但所产生的一切相关费用由客户自行承担。特殊产品按我司客服人员与客人达成的相关协议办理。
3.以下条件不能享受退换：退回的产品包装损毁或不完整、产品配件或相关资料不齐、未经授权擅自修理或改装、未按正常方法使用或贮存、超出售后服务期限的商品。
