关于零售：不满200元的订单，视为零售，可以发货，出库前产品检查无质量问题发出，一经售出不退不换，如是运输问题，可协商解决换货或退款（请扣除发出运费），如是质量问题可协商-（寄回运费自理寄出运费我们负责）。如需补配件不单独安排，需下次补货或自行承担运费

退换货：

关于售后

 

产品本身的质量问题导致的产品功能缺失，我们将予以退换货处理，请在收到货后10天内（以签收时间为准）将产品问题反馈给我们售后，如超过其期限无反馈任何售后问题的，概不受理。

 

出现产品质量问题的累计重量满20KG换货来回物流运费费用由本店承担（具体寄快递还是物流请联系在线客服）如没有按照重量要求的想提前寄回换货的，来回的运输费用均由买家承担
